Great company. Linkous came to our house even though he had to literally drive across the river to get to us after hurricane helene. He easily found the problem, crossed the river again to get a part, came back & did the repair. He was very efficient, reasonably priced, and I highly recommend him.

In the winter of 2024 we finally decided to replace the old heat pump in our home and contacted John Linkous. He and his team (his sons) met us, evaluated our heating system, and recommended a Coleman heat pump with a 10 year warranty. We arranged a date for installation and they came on that date. When they arrived they worked extremely hard to move the new system into place and had it up and running by the end of the day. They also balanced the airflow in several rooms of our home. We plan to have Linkous Heating and Air handle all of our heating and air conditioning equipment in the future.

We have a 2 story home in Newland NC. In the 4 years we have owned the home, heating or cooling both floors has always been a problem. With one floor always hotter or colder than the other. After calling several A/C companies, we chose John Linkus and we are very happy we did. John came out quickly, gave us a very thorough explanation of the complexity of the job, and a very fair price for the work. We had to be out of town for the entire time John and his crew would be doing the work. John assured us there would be no problems, and there wasn't.
